What to do if you don't receive a reply email

We are receiving many inquiries from people who use email from mobile carriers such as Docomo, au, and SoftBank, complaining that they are not receiving automatic reply emails for orders and reservations, or reply emails for inquiries.



Please set your permission to receive emails from "info@gxgcrafts.com".

There are cases where setting up domain-specific reception alone does not resolve the issue, so please check the setting method for each carrier before setting up.
