About the product

The color of the product displayed on the website is different from the color of the actual product received.

The color of the product photo and the actual product may differ slightly depending on the lighting, the type of PC you are using, etc. Please understand this before ordering.

As a general rule, shipping for all products is free of charge.
Items will be shipped to domestic carriers such as Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, and the post office.

I added the item to my cart but was unable to purchase it.

Your order will be finalized after you add the item to your cart, complete the payment procedure, and see the purchase completion screen. Even if you add an item to your shopping cart, you may not be able to place your order if another customer orders the same item first.

About issuing receipts

In the case of credit card payments, there is no obligation to issue receipts under tax law, so this site does not issue receipts.

About shipping

When will my ordered item be shipped?

Generally, we will ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving your order, but please note that this may take longer depending on the order status.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and we do not ship products.

We cannot answer individual questions regarding the delivery status.

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

This site does not accept delivery date and time specifications.

Can you send multiple orders together?

Once your order is complete, you cannot combine multiple orders.

Can I return or exchange the items I ordered?

This site does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience. Please consider carefully before ordering.

I received a defective product or a product different from what I ordered. Can I exchange it?

If the product is defective at the time of delivery, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will immediately replace it with a good product. However, if the item in question is out of stock, we will issue a refund. Please contact us using the inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the product. Please refrain from returning the product without contacting us in advance.
